  Please anybody who is looking to work here think before you do and get any feedback from anybody who has worked here and now doesn't, it is the worst place I have ever worked at and it will never change, I started working here on the 5th September 2016 and finished on the 22nd December 2016 at the end of my probation because I got sacked due to my NPS not being at 22 but everybody that was in my group was at minus aswell but they got kept on for another 4 weeks and I got told if I got kept on it would be at least 9 weeks before I was able to get to 22 on NPS but after I left my group found out and said our team leader Ryan clannachan was changing stories as to why he sacked me and I think it's because I stuck up for myself and always spoke my mind and that doesn't seem like the kind of place that would let you speak your mind and the customers are the worst, becauae you work for the worlds worst mobile network vodafone you get a hell of a lot of abuse and its never because of us and the biggest problem customers have is deliveries not getting sent to the correct place and deliveries just not getting sent out at all and it's us that has to pick up Vodafone pieces and get abuse from something that we end up fixing for them anyways and also my team leader ledt us while we were still in training to go to wales for two weeks and we were left with other team leaders that we had never met before so please please work at another call centre not this one you will hate it I can guarantee that
